Biographies

Morgan Pile, CES, GBDS

President

Morgan Pile has several years of experience offering employer benefits products. He started out as a registered investment advisor for AXA, helping employers design pension and retirement plans before moving on to Brown and Brown Insurance of Arkansas, which is the 6th largest independent insurance brokerage in the country.  As Executive Vice President of Sales, he was one of the top sales producers for the company.  He also served on the National Benefits Committee.  Morgan has worked with national and international clients while doing business in Tampa, FL and Little Rock, AR. He is a Certified Enrollment Specialist, and a Group Benefits Disability Specialist. Morgan's focus is on being a proactive agent, actively managing plans and providing innovative resolutions for clients. He does this by keeping apprised of trends in the industry, and emphasizing wellness as a preventative cost control measures.  His new focus is helping employers design, implement and administer wellness plans, to help take control of rising health care costs. Designing a health plan is only the first step: managing it is the most important! Morgan meets with clients to determine the strategy for the benefit plan design, then builds and negotiates on behalf of the client, based on their needs and goals.

 

Jennifer Davis

Vice President of Marketing & Client Relations

As the Vice President of Marketing & Client Relations, Jennifer heads our Marketing and Account Management departments.  Graduating from Hendrix College, in Conway, AR, she worked for a carrier before joining the Partners Insurance Team.  Over the years, she has developed strong relationships with both clients and carriers alike.  The relationships with our clients allow her to discuss and analyze client needs and goals, and create an implementation schedule for these goals, while working as an extension of the client's Human Resources department. The relationships with our carriers assist in the negotiation of renewals, resolution of claims, and filing of appeals when necessary.  Jennifer has extensive knowledge of the health insurance industry and the laws that are constantly changing, and provides employer education on these issues as they arise. Her ability to simplify insurance language into terms that are easily understandable puts employees at ease when calling about personal issues, or during open enrollment meetings. Our Account Management Department prides itself on quick response time to any form of contact (email, phone, etc) - usually within 24 hours.

 

Jennifer Leeth

Social Media Director & Account Manager

As the Social Media Director, Jennifer manages and monitors Partners' social media platforms.  She is responsible for ensuring that our social broadcasting is fully integrated with all other efforts across Partners' portfolio.  As an Account Manager, she administers and maintains client benefits programs, functions as a liaison between carriers and clients, and advises employees on eligibility, coverage, and other benefits matters. She conducts renewal marketing, provides clients and their employees with day to day service needs (including claim issues, plan provisions, and compliance issues).  Jennifer graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Professional and Technical Writing from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. 

 

 

Linda Allison

Benefits Consultant & Account Manager -Northeast Arkansas

Servicing the northeast AR region, Linda joined Partners Insurance as an Account Manager in 2008.  She has over fifteen years experience in the healthcare industry, with a background in multi-specialty physician groups and hospital/employer relations, and an extensive understanding of the health care market from the managed care arena.  Currently involved in the Jonesboro and Paragould Chamber of Commerce, ASU Lettermen's Club, and Business Network International, Linda has also volunteered with various non-profit organizations for many years.   Linda attended undergraduate courses at the University of Memphis and completed her Bachelor of Science in Management with an emphasis in Human Resources Management at Arkansas State University. 

 

Jason Redditt

Benefit Consultant/Financial Advisor

Jason Redditt has worked in the financial services industry since 1999, providing valuable financial services, with a genuine concern for the client's financial well-being. As a Benefit Consultant and Financial Advisor at Partners Insurance, he works hard to meet financial planning needs while building long-lasting, meaningful relationships.  He specializes in retirement and estate planning for both individuals and businesses, helping clients reduce their overall risks, save tax dollars, protect assets from long term care costs and avoid costly probate.  Some of his business accomplishments include Million Dollar Round Table, Platinum Club, Honor Ring and Top Producer in multiple years.

 

Michael Berman

Actuary 

Michael is an experienced health and disability actuary with significant experience consulting with employer groups on all aspects of their employee benefit programs with specific expertise in the several areas.  These include the development of cost projections and funding rates for self insured plans, preparation of fully insured versus self funded "decision" illustrations, network discount analysis, pricing of medical and pharmacy plan designs (calculating relative values of different designs), pricing of medical stop loss for captive insurance transactions, group disability renewal and reserve analysis, and HSA and HRA plan design development and pricing.  He is a credentialed actuary (FSA, MAAA) with about 15 years of experience who typically works with clients in the 300 to 5,000 employee ranges.  Michael graduated from Georgia State University with a Master of Applied Science in Actuarial Science and received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts.


Karen Light, PHR

Human Resources Specialist

Karen Light is a consultant through Strategic People Solutions where she is involved in employee surveys and Human Resource functional audits for small and medium sized businesses. She has over 15 years experience as a Human Resource Manager and generalist in manufacturing, non-profit, private and publicly traded consumer goods companies in Arkansas.  Her expertise lies within recruitment, employee relations and compliance in healthcare related industries, heavy equipment and trucking.

Karen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management as well as a Master's of Art in Interpersonal/Organizational Communication from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. In addition, she is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute and a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. Karen is a founding member and current President of the Human Resource Management Association of Arkansas (HRMA). She is past College Relations Director for the ARSHRM State Council, Inc., and Past Treasurer and Vice President, Administration for the Central Arkansas Human Resource Association.

 

Bootsie Ackerman

Long Term Care Specialist

Bootsie joined the insurance industry in 1992 selling life and health insurance.  Over the past several years Bootsie has focused on Long Term Care insurance, both individual and workplace product, as a way to meet the changing needs of her clients.  While it is estimated that at least 70% of people age 65 and over will need long term care services at some point in their lives, nearly 41% of long term care is provided to people under age 65.  Long Term Care insurance fills the gap between medical and disability insurance and serves as a powerful asset protection tool should the need for long term care arise.
