Benefits Administration
We manage your employee benefits for you! This helps to lighten the load on your human resources department. We spend a lot of time making sure your benefit plans are running smoothly by overseeing the insurance coverage for your qualified employees. We work directly with your human resources department to meet the day to day service needs of your employees.
Benefit Marketing and Negotiation
We go through an intensive marketing process requesting proposals from a wide array of insurance carriers to find your company the best package possible. We ensure that the quotes are accurate and competitive and use those materials to negotiate your costs and benefits. We evaluate the proposals based upon benefit plan, pricing, provider access, and carrier reliability. Once this is complete, we give you a report that includes all of this information, which eases your internal decision-making process.
Claims Resolution and Appeal Assistance
We work directly with employees on claim issues. When an employee has a question about a claim, they can contact us directly for assistance. We then contact the insurance carrier to resolve the claim issue. If the claim cannot be resolved by normal means, we work with the employee and carrier to get the claim appealed.
Employee Education
We perform monthly and quarterly meetings at the client's discretion. We also offer monthly newsletters tailored to your company's needs. Our goal is to inform employees on their benefit plans and how to best use them. This helps greatly in keeping costs contained.
Open Enrollment Meetings
We hold annual open enrollment meetings for every client. These serve two main purposes: employee re-education and employee enrollment/changes.
